Rodent Contamination Fee & Work Conditions Agreement

During the course of the organizing session, if evidence of rodent activity—including but not limited to mice feces, urine, nesting materials, or carcasses—is discovered, an additional sanitation fee of $100 per organizer on site will be applied to the final invoice. This fee covers the extra time, precautions, and protective measures required to safely continue the session.


If the level of contamination is deemed excessive or unsafe, the organizers reserve the right to cease work at their discretion. In such cases, the client may choose to address the issue independently before rescheduling services. No refunds will be issued for time already worked.

Photo Release Agreement

I grant Neat Freak Professional Organizing permission to take before and after photos of my space for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that no personal names, identifying details, or specific locations will be shared.

These images may be used on social media, websites, and other promotional materials to showcase Neat Freaks services. I acknowledge that this consent is voluntary and that I may revoke it at any time.

Mileage Fee Agreement

This agreement outlines the mileage reimbursement policy for organizers traveling over 50 miles one way to the client’s location.


  • If an organizer travels more than 50 miles one way to the client’s location, a mileage fee of $0.35 per mile per organizer will be applied.
  • Mileage will be calculated based on the shortest driving route from the organizer’s primary location to the client’s address.
  • The mileage fee will be added to the final invoice and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the service agreement.
